Dishwasher won’t turn on..

Check to see if power cord is plugged into the power point and the power point works. The power point is usually located in the cupboard next to the dishwasher or under the sink. An easy way to check is to plug another working appliance into the power point such as a hair dryer etc. If power point is working check if the main switch on the dishwasher is turned on and the door is closed properly. If it still does not work call for a service.

Dishwasher not draining..

Check to see that the outlet hose is not blocked. The outlet hose usually connects to the “S” bend under the sink. On some model dishwashers you can gain access to the pump impellor by removing the filters in the base of the dishwasher and then the drain pump impellor cover. You may find some foreign particles here that you will need to remove, if the dishwasher still will not drain then you will need to call for a service.

Dishwasher not filling with water..

Most dishwashers will drain for a minute at the start of any cycle, it should then start filling. If water is not entering the dishwasher check the tap is turned on and working, the tap is usually located in the cupboard next to the dishwasher or under the sink. You can also check the inlet hose is not kinked if there is still no water entering you will need to call for a service.

Dishwasher is not cleaning well..

If water is flowing into the dishwasher and wash pump is working Check to see if the spray arms are rotating, they may have become blocked with food particles, they are usually easy to remove. Rinse them out thoroughly above the sink. Check the filters are clean in the base of the dishwasher. Another reason could be the dishwasher is not heating the water if this is the case then call for a service.

Dishwasher is leaking..

Check the main cabinet seal is clean and the door is closing correctly. Check the tap is not leaking. And the hoses are not damaged. It may be that too much water is flowing into the dishwasher or it is not draining. See above or call for a service.
